The Croft & Green cake company was established by Helen Shearcroft and Josh Greenberg.
We are a Kent based cake and confectionery business specialising in Vintage, Couture and imaginative wedding cakes, and fun bespoke celebration and cup cakes. Your cake will be carefully designed, and baked using free-range eggs and the finest ingredients that are locally sourced as much as possible.
Helen has an NVQ Level 2 in Patisserie and Confectionery, a Level 1 in Cake Decorating and extensive experience in pastry kitchens. She has a BA (hons) in Theatre Practice and Diploma in Fine art, and is an experienced designer-maker. Helen uses these skills when designing and creating the exciting celebration and wedding cakes for which Croft & Green are known.
Josh Greenberg is the marketing, business and food crazy genius behind Croft & Green. Together we are here to help you create your dream cake – one that suits your style and budget.
